Last month, we had the pleasure of visiting our Eppingen and Lustadt sites, where innovation truly comes to life with the installation of the new TA-PO machine — a real asset for optimizing metal sorting and recycling.
Together with our Management Team and committed leaders – Stephan Schwarz (CEO BD Recycling), and Cedric Bouzar (CEO ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions) — these visits and meetings were a valuable opportunity to strengthen our shared vision around performance, safety, and circularity.
We also had the pleasure of receiving Tanja Mantere (Head of Health & Safety AMDS), who delivered a powerful message reminding us that safety is, above all, a shared mindset.
A big thanks to everyone for your energy, openness, and dedication that make these exchanges so enriching and productive.

Management and Finance Team – Business Division Recycling

Last month, we had the opportunity to visit our sites in Eppingen and Lustadt, where we were warmly welcomed by our local teams, with Andreas Kobrow, CEO of Riwald Electronics Recycling (RER).
These visits and meetings were also a meaningful moment for us as a broader team. Alongside Stephan Schwarz, CEO of BD Recycling, and the BD Recycling management team, we engaged in rich exchanges that strengthened our shared perspectives and commitment to driving our activities forward.

We were proud to be joined by Cédric Bouzar, CEO of ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions, whose strategic vision inspired us to reflect collectively on the future of our business and the opportunities ahead.

We were also joined by Tanja Mantere, Head of Health & Safety at AMDS, whose contribution strongly reinforced our collective commitment to Health & Safety. Her perspective and leadership had a powerful impact, reminding us that safety is not just a priority — it’s a mindset and a shared responsibility.
These visits were a great opportunity to connect, learn, and reaffirm our core values on the ground.
